What I collect

I only collect what's needed to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project:

• Contact details — your name and email address.
• Project details — anything you share about your project type, budget range, deadline, and creative direction.
• Basic usage data — standard, anonymized analytics (such as pages visited) that help me understand how the site is used. This is never tied to your identity.

How your information is used

Information you provide is used solely to:

• Respond to your message and answer questions.
• Prepare a quote and discuss the scope of your project.
• Deliver and support work you've commissioned.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I won't add you to marketing lists without your clear consent.

How the contact form works

Messages sent through the contact form are processed by a secure third-party form provider that delivers them to my inbox. That provider processes your submission only to relay it to me. If you'd rather not use the form, you can always email me directly at hello@seramsound.com.

Data retention

I keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as it's needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations. If you'd like your information removed, just ask.

Your rights

Wherever you're located — and in line with regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA — you can request to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate.
• Have your information deleted.
• Opt out of any non-essential communication.
